The Planning Committee has contracted with Soul Food Cafe LLC as our caterer for the Black History Month event. The menu will consist of a 3pc fried chicken dinner which will includes leg, wing, boneless thigh, yams, collard greens and cornbread. The cost of the dinner is $18.00 if purchased on the day of the event. On Wednesday, February 8 and 15th from 10:00 a.m. until noon, a committee member will be in the lobby next to the fitness center so that you can pre-pay for your meal. The cost of the pre-paid dinner is $16.00 cash or check. You can purchase your ticket tomorrow at the meeting.

1. Golf Outing - Also, please come prepared to discuss, and vote for or against a Golf Tournament this year: Continue building on the successful momentum of the last two years and, hopefully, one day make the tournament a full blown fundraiser to support a designated charity

Scale back to a non-competitive "members only" and invited guest event with a BBQ to follow
